Genuine Dell 255 W unit with 24-pin ATX, four SATA and floppy power connectors for OptiPlex mini-tower systems
This genuine Dell P192M power supply delivers 255W of continuous output for Optiplex 360, 380, 390, 580, 760, 780 and 960 mini-tower systems. It replaces a long list of Dell and third-party part numbers including P192M, XK215 and NPS-305KB A. The unit is new and weighs 0.1. It fits directly into the standard chassis without modification.
Under continuous load the supply maintains its rated 255W through a single 24-pin ATX connector, one 4-pin ATX power connector, four SATA power connectors and one floppy power connector. The fixed cable set powers the motherboard, processor and multiple SATA drives simultaneously without needing adapters. Stable rails keep the system running during extended work sessions.
The connector layout and mechanical keying restrict use to the Optiplex models listed above. Builders needing PCIe power for discrete graphics, additional SATA ports beyond four, or a different form factor cannot use this unit. It does not support newer motherboard power standards or higher-wattage configurations.

The unit delivers up to 255W to the system; actual wall draw depends on the components installed and will be higher than the DC output due to conversion losses.
The motherboard needs a 24-pin ATX socket and a 4-pin ATX power socket; drives need SATA power ports and the floppy connector requires a matching floppy drive header.
Yes, the P192M replaces the NPS-305HB A and other listed model numbers, so it uses the identical mini-tower mounting pattern and connector layout.
