Questions about this item

Does the 4.4 GHz turbo frequency on the i7-1185G7 hold steady during long renders or does it throttle back?

The Intel Core i7-1185G7 runs at a 1.8 GHz base frequency with a 4.4 GHz turbo boost; sustained workloads will reduce clocks to manage heat within the 15.6" chassis.

How loud do the fans get and how hot does the keyboard deck feel after hours of CAD work?

The Precision 3560 uses a thin 0.42" to 0.56" profile and a 3.5 lb frame; under continuous load the fans spin up audibly and the deck warms noticeably.

Which dock or monitor cables do I need to drive two external 4K screens from this laptop?

Two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports and an HDMI 2.0 output are built in; a compatible Thunderbolt dock or USB-C to DisplayPort cables will drive dual displays.
