Mobile workstation with 11th Gen Intel Core i5

The Dell Precision 3560 is a 15.6 inch mobile workstation built around an 11th Generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 quad-core processor. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB solid state drive. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed for immediate professional use.

Capacity and headroom for multitasking

Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory provides comfortable headroom for typical office suites, web research and light creative workloads. The 256 GB drive holds the operating system and active project files but fills quickly with large media libraries or virtual machines. Processor turbo reaches 4.20 GHz for short bursts when single-threaded tasks demand it.

Upgrade path from 8 GB systems

This unit replaces laptops limited to 8 GB of memory where browser tabs and background services cause frequent swapping. The jump is worth it when daily work keeps multiple applications open simultaneously. Buyers who need more storage or a discrete graphics processor should look elsewhere.
