Dell Precision 3650 Workstation

The Dell Precision 3650 is a mid-tower desktop workstation built for professional applications. It ships new with Windows 11 Pro and uses an Intel Xeon W-1350 processor alongside 16GB of DDR4 ECC memory. A 2TB NVMe SSD and Nvidia Quadro P1000 graphics card complete the core specification.

Who this suits and who it does not

This system suits engineers, designers and analysts who need certified drivers and ECC memory for CAD, 3D modelling or financial workloads. It is not for buyers who require more than 128GB of RAM or multiple high-power GPU slots. Gamers or users seeking consumer GeForce features should look elsewhere.

The specification that decides fit

The Nvidia Quadro P1000 provides 4GB of GDDR5 memory across a 128-bit bus with four mini-DisplayPort 1.4 outputs. This GPU tier drives professional viewports and multi-monitor setups but lacks the VRAM and compute throughput for heavy GPU rendering or deep-learning training.
