Precision 5530 Mobile Workstation

The Dell Precision 5530 is a 15.6 inch UHD touchscreen mobile workstation powered by an Intel Core i7-8850H six-core processor. It includes 32 GB DDR4 memory and dual storage comprising a 128 GB M.2 drive plus a 2 TB SSD. Professional NVIDIA Quadro P1000 graphics with 4 GB GDDR5 drive demanding visual applications. Windows 11 Pro is installed.

Suits creative pros; not for gamers

This workstation suits creative professionals who need colour-accurate 72% gamut display and certified drivers for CAD or video editing. Thunderbolt 3 and HDMI 2.0 support external monitors and docks. Buyers who want higher frame rates in games should look elsewhere because the Quadro P1000 targets professional workloads, not gaming performance.

3840 x 2160 touch display decides fit

The 3840 x 2160 IPS touch panel is the specification that determines whether this Precision 5530 matches your workflow. Touch input and 4K pixel density benefit designers reviewing detailed artwork on the 15.6 inch screen. If your software does not scale well at that resolution or you prefer a non-touch matte panel, a different display configuration would be more appropriate.
