Precision 5820 Xeon workstation for heavy workloads

The Dell Precision 5820 Tower arrives new with an Intel Xeon W-2123 four-core processor running at 3.6 GHz and a 3.9 GHz turbo frequency. It is fitted with 256 GB of DDR4 2666 registered ECC memory across eight slots and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive. The Nvidia Quadro P4000 graphics card provides 8 GB of GDDR5 memory and four DisplayPort outputs. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for professional use.

Mid-tower chassis with 950 W Gold power supply

The mid-tower form factor houses a Dell 950 Watt 80 Plus Gold certified power supply rated at 90 percent efficiency. The LGA 2066 socket and eight DIMM slots are already populated to the 256 GB maximum, so no further memory expansion is possible. An Intel i219 Gigabit Ethernet controller and integrated Realtek ALC3234 high-definition audio handle wired networking and sound without add-in cards. A monitor is not included.

Quad DisplayPort GPU and Windows 11 Pro activation

The Quadro P4000’s four DisplayPort connectors drive up to four displays directly from a single card, removing the need for a multi-GPU setup or additional video adapters. Windows 11 Professional 64-bit ships with digital activation, so the operating system is ready to use on first boot. The 2 TB NVMe SSD provides the primary storage volume; no mechanical hard drive is installed.
