Precision 7560 workstation laptop

The Dell Precision 7560 is a 15.6 inch mobile workstation built for professionals who need reliable compute in a portable chassis. It ships new with Windows 10 Pro and an integrated graphics solution suited for 2D design, documentation and office workloads.

1 TB SSD and 8 GB memory headroom

The 1 TB solid-state drive provides ample space for project files, applications and local datasets without relying on external storage. Eight gigabytes of memory handles typical multitasking and single-application workflows; larger assemblies, heavy virtualisation or simultaneous memory-intensive apps will exceed the available capacity.

Thermals and power in daily use

The 8-core Intel Core i7-11800H reaches 4.8 GHz turbo frequency within a chassis measuring 0.98 inch at the front and 1.08 inch at the rear. Two Thunderbolt 4 ports and HDMI 2.1 allow external displays and peripherals while the system manages heat and acoustics for sustained office and engineering tasks.

Questions about this item

Will the Thunderbolt 4 ports on this Precision 7560 work with my older USB-C dock?

The two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C Thunderbolt 4 ports are backward-compatible with earlier USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 docks, so your existing dock will function for data, video and charging.

How can I confirm the i7-11800H is reaching its 4.8 GHz turbo speed under load?

Open Task Manager’s Performance tab or a tool such as HWiNFO while running a heavy workload; the CPU frequency graph should show the cores climbing to 4.80 GHz when thermal headroom allows.

Does the box include a power adapter and are there any cables I need to buy for the Mini DP 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 ports?

The workstation ships with its 180 W power adapter and cable; Mini DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 cables are not included, so purchase those separately if your monitors require them.
