A 16.0 inch WUXGA mobile workstation with an Intel Core i7 12th Gen processor, RTX A3000 12GB GDDR6 graphics, 64GB DDR5 memory and a 128GB PCIe SSD
The Dell Precision 7670 combines a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12850HX processor with an NVIDIA RTX A3000 12GB GDDR6 GPU for demanding creative and engineering workloads. Its 16.0-inch WUXGA display at 1920x1200 resolution provides a 16:10 aspect ratio for extra vertical space. The system includes 64GB DDR5 memory and a 128GB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 10 Pro.
The 128GB NVMe SSD is user-replaceable via an M.2 slot, but the 64GB DDR5 RAM is soldered on-board and cannot be upgraded after purchase. Opening the chassis requires removing Torx screws and carefully disconnecting the battery cable to avoid damage. Reassembly demands precise alignment of the thermal pads for the GPU and CPU heat pipes.
Two Thunderbolt 4 ports support up to 40Gbps data and dual 4K external displays, while the single HDMI 2.1 port drives one additional monitor. The integrated SD card reader tops out at UHS-II speeds for media ingest. Wireless connectivity uses Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, but the 128GB boot drive leaves minimal room for large project files without external storage.
