Mobile workstation for engineers

The Dell Precision 7670 is a 16.0-inch mobile workstation built around an Intel Core i7-12850HX processor with 16 cores and 24 threads. It ships with 64GB of DDR5 memory and an NVIDIA RTX A3000 GPU equipped with 12GB of GDDR6 memory. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD.

64GB DDR5 and 12GB GDDR6 headroom

The 64GB of onboard DDR5 handles large assemblies, multi-application workloads and virtual machines without paging. The RTX A3000’s 12GB of GDDR6 supports GPU-accelerated rendering, simulation and AI inference at this capacity. The 512GB NVMe SSD provides fast boot and project loading, though extended local libraries will require external storage.

Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1 limits

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports deliver 40Gbps signalling for high-speed storage, docks and external GPUs, while the single HDMI 2.1 output drives one external display at up to 4K 60Hz. Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 handle wireless connectivity, and the SD card reader supports common media formats. The 92Wh battery and 240W adapter power the 60Hz WUXGA panel and all onboard components.
