Precision 7730 mobile workstation

The Precision 7730 is a 17.3-inch mobile workstation built around an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8750H six-core processor running at 2.20 GHz with Turbo up to 4.10 GHz. It carries 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. The NVIDIA Quadro P3200 with 6 GB GDDR5 drives the 1920 x 1080 FHD IPS panel. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed. It suits engineers and designers who need certified professional graphics in a silver chassis.

Quadro P3200 graphics and Thunderbolt 3

The dedicated Quadro P3200 is optimised for CAD workflows and delivers performance comparable to a GeForce GTX 1060. A single Thunderbolt 3 port plus two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, HDMI 2.0 and a headset jack handle docks and external displays. The 72% colour-gamut panel supports wide-view collaboration. Buyers who need 10-bit colour or higher GPU memory for large assemblies should look elsewhere.

Windows 10 Pro ready with AC adapter

The laptop ships with Windows 10 Pro already installed and includes the Dell AC adapter, so it boots straight to a configured desktop. No memory or storage upgrades are required for the listed 32 GB and 512 GB. The non-touch FHD screen avoids fingerprint smudges but removes pen input. Installing a second M.2 drive is possible but not described in the supplied data.
