Mobile workstation for CAD

The Dell Precision 7730 is a 17.3-inch mobile workstation built around an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8750H six-core processor. It carries 128 GB of DDR4 memory and a 128 GB NVMe SSD. The dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P3200 graphics card provides 6 GB of GDDR5 video memory. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed on the silver chassis.

Professional graphics and ports

The Quadro P3200 is optimised for computer-aided design workloads and delivers performance comparable to a GeForce GTX 1060. Connectivity includes two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, one Thunderbolt 3 port and an HDMI 2.0 output. A Dell AC adapter is supplied in the box.

Suits engineers needing certified drivers

This configuration suits engineers and designers who require ISV-certified drivers and a large 1920 x 1080 IPS display with 72% colour gamut. Buyers who need more than 128 GB of internal storage or a higher-resolution panel should look at other options.
