Dell Precision 7760 mobile workstation

It ships with Windows 11 Pro and a Full HD 1920 x 1080 display running at 60 Hz. Suited to engineers and creators needing

Professionals who rely on NVIDIA professional drivers for CAD, simulation or content-creation workflows will find the RTX A3000 a strong match. Buyers who want a pristine cosmetic appearance should look elsewhere, because this Grade B unit shows visible scratches or blemishes on the lid and screen. Users who require a touchscreen or a higher-refresh panel will also need a different model.

The RTX A3000 6GB GDDR6 decides fit

This GPU provides certified drivers for major ISV applications and 6GB of video memory for large assemblies or textures. If your workload demands more VRAM or a newer GPU architecture, this Precision 7760 will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

What physical space and mounting points does the 17.3 inch chassis require?

The 17.3 inch silver chassis fits standard 17 inch laptop bags and docks; it uses the factory bottom cover screws for any service access.

How is the 32GB DDR4 memory installed and what step is often missed?

The 32GB DDR4 ships pre-installed in the SO-DIMM slots; if upgrading later, the common miss is not seating both sticks until the retention clips click.

What maintenance will the 1TB NVMe SSD and RTX A3000 6GB GDDR6 need over time?

The 1TB NVMe SSD has no moving parts and needs no routine service; the RTX A3000 6GB GDDR6 only requires occasional driver updates and vent cleaning.
