Precision T5820 Xeon Workstation

The Dell Precision T5820 is a mid-tower workstation built for professional workloads. It runs an Intel Xeon W-2225 processor with four cores at 4.1 GHz and a 4.6 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 32 GB of DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC memory across four modules. A 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD and Nvidia Quadro P2000 graphics card with 5 GB GDDR5 complete the core specification. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Suits CAD and simulation users.

This workstation suits engineers and designers running CAD, BIM or light simulation tasks that benefit from ECC memory and certified drivers. The Quadro P2000 provides four DisplayPort outputs for multi-monitor setups. Buyers who need more than 5 GB of video memory for large datasets or GPU render farms should look at a different configuration. The 950 W 80 Plus Gold power supply supports the installed components only.

Quadro P2000 5 GB GDDR5 160-bit GPU

The Nvidia Quadro P2000 graphics card is the specification that determines suitability for visual computing tasks. It delivers 5 GB of GDDR5 memory on a 160-bit bus with four DisplayPort connectors. This frame buffer size limits the maximum model complexity and texture resolution that can reside in video memory. Verify that your application's VRAM requirements fit within 5 GB before purchasing.
