Dell Pro Micro desktop with Core i7-12700K

This Dell Pro Micro desktop delivers a 12-core Intel Core i7-12700K processor with a 3.60 to 5.00 GHz turbo range in a slim small-form-factor chassis. It ships with 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory and a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD, running Windows 11 Pro out of the box.

Suits space-constrained offices.

The compact design fits tight workspaces and supports dual monitors through DisplayPort 1.4a and HDMI 2.1. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 handles business applications, while Wi-Fi 6E and Gigabit Ethernet keep connections fast. Buyers who need a dedicated graphics card or more internal drive bays should consider a larger tower.

Two SO-DIMM slots support up to 64 GB DDR5

Memory expansion uses two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots with a 64 GB ceiling, so the 16 GB factory fit can be doubled or quadrupled. Storage grows through two M.2 2280/2230 NVMe slots, allowing a second high-speed drive without cables. The 65 W power supply limits further high-draw add-ons.

Questions about this item

How long can the 65 W power supply sustain the i7-12700K at its 5.0 GHz turbo before it throttles?

The 65 W supply limits sustained turbo; the CPU will drop toward its 2.70 GHz base under continuous all-core load.

How loud is the air cooler when the system runs at full load for hours?

The small air cooler spins up noticeably under sustained load, producing audible fan noise in a quiet room.

Does the box include a monitor or must I supply my own DisplayPort 1.4a or HDMI 2.1 display?

No monitor is included; you need a display with DisplayPort 1.4a or HDMI 2.1 to use the dual-video outputs.
