Compact AI-ready mini desktop

The Dell Pro Micro QCM1250 is a 15th Gen Intel Core Ultra 5 mini PC built for business workloads that benefit from integrated AI acceleration. It ships with 16 GB of DDR5 memory, a 512 GB 2230 PCIe NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Pro, all inside a 7.25 x 7.9 x 1.5 in chassis powered by a 90 W supply. A Dockztorm USB hub adds extra ports at 5 Gbps data rate.

Who this suits and who it does not

This system fits offices that need a quiet, space-saving device for productivity, video calls and light AI-assisted tasks with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity. Buyers who require a discrete graphics card, internal drive bays, a card reader or more than 16 GB of memory should consider a larger form factor.

Deciding specification

The integrated graphics and single 2230 NVMe slot define the upgrade ceiling; if your workflow demands a dedicated GPU or multiple high-capacity drives, this mini PC will not meet those needs.

Questions about this item

Will the 90 W power supply throttle the 14-core Ultra 5-235T when all cores run at 5 GHz for long periods?

The 90 W adapter is the factory-rated supply; sustained all-core turbo at 5 GHz may hit that ceiling and cause the processor to reduce clocks to stay within its power envelope.

How loud does the fan get and what are the thermals like after hours of continuous load?

The compact 7.25 × 7.9 × 1.5 in chassis uses a single internal fan; under heavy load it spins up audibly but keeps the CPU within its thermal limits without throttling.

Does the box include a monitor or do I need to supply my own display?

No monitor is included; you must connect your own screen via the HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort outputs.
