Direct-fit replacement for NEC projectors

The DELL NP17LP lamp module fits the NEC NP-UM330XJL-N3 projector and ships as a complete housing with a 265 W Osram UHP bulb already installed. It is intended for operators who need a drop-in spare without handling bare lamps.

Lamp life varies with power mode

In normal mode the rated lifetime is 3000 hours and in economy mode it extends to 3500 hours. The 265 W rating fixes the power draw, so brightness and cooling requirements stay constant regardless of the mode chosen.

ISO 9001 manufacturing and pre-assembled housing

Each unit is built to ISO 9001 quality checks covering ignition, voltage, beam performance and run-time. The pre-fitted housing eliminates alignment steps, but the lamp is not suited for projectors that require a different wattage or connector layout.

Questions about this item

Which NP17LP lamp version should I choose for my NEC projector?

Four versions are available: the original OEM lamp from the bulb maker, the same OEM lamp sold by NEC, an alternative OEM lamp from another major bulb manufacturer, and a compatible module built with genuine OEM parts by a leading third-party supplier.

What does the 265W rating mean once the lamp is installed?

The lamp draws 265 watts in normal operation, delivering full rated brightness; switching to Economy mode reduces power and extends life to 3,500 hours while lowering light output.

What interface or standard governs this lamp and what does it limit?

The lamp is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards, which control beam performance, ignition voltage, run-time and connection integrity but do not alter the projector's native electrical or optical limits.
