Genuine compatible S300wi lamp

This 190W P-VIP replacement module fits the Dell S300wi projector and carries the original part number 330-9847. It ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing, so the unit is ready for immediate installation. The lamp is rated for 5,000 hours of typical operation. It is intended for users who need a direct-fit replacement without sourcing separate components.

Consistent output over 5,000 hours

The 190W P-VIP bulb is manufactured to ISO 9001 standards and undergoes checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time. These controls aim to keep brightness and colour stable throughout the rated lifespan rather than only during the first few hours. Each version supplied meets the same quality thresholds regardless of the OEM source. Sustained performance depends on the projector’s own cooling and usage patterns.

Simple swap-in installation

Because the bulb comes pre-mounted in its housing, replacement only requires opening the projector’s lamp door, removing the old module and inserting the new one. No alignment of bare bulbs or handling of fragile reflectors is necessary. The main risk is forgetting to reset the projector’s lamp-hour counter after fitting the module, which can cause premature replacement warnings. Ensure the projector is cool and unplugged before starting the swap.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 190W P-VIP lamp draw and how hot does it get during all-day use?

The lamp is rated at 190W; the projector’s internal cooling system manages the heat it produces during continuous operation.

Does the lamp ship as a complete module so I can install it without extra tools or parts?

Yes, it arrives as a fully assembled bulb-and-housing unit ready for direct installation in the Dell S300wi projector.

Will this 190W lamp work in my older Dell projector that originally used the 330-9847 module?

The lamp is built to the 330-9847 specification, so it fits the same Dell projectors that originally shipped with that module.
