Tower desktop for AI workloads and gaming

This Dell Tower Plus EBT2250 pairs a 15th Gen Ultra 7-265 processor with a GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card to deliver VR-ready performance for creative professionals and enthusiast gamers. The 20-core CPU reaches 5.3 GHz for demanding compute tasks while the 12 GB GDDR7 GPU handles modern titles and AI-accelerated applications. Windows 11 Home provides the software foundation out of the box.

Dual-drive storage with fast boot and mass capacity

A 128 GB PCIe NVMe SSD holds the operating system and active projects for quick launches while the 1 TB HDD stores large media libraries and backups. The 32 GB DDR5 memory gives headroom for multitasking across creative suites and browser-heavy workflows. Storage-hungry users who want a larger primary NVMe drive will need to add one separately.

Tower chassis with Thunderbolt 4 and modern

The black tower measures 14.7 x 17.50 x 7 inches and weighs 22.7 lb with a 750 W power supply installed. Front and rear I/O includes Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Type-C, four USB 2.0 ports, three DisplayPort outputs, two HDMI ports, an SD card reader and a combo audio jack. WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 join the single RJ-45 port for flexible networking. Builders who need front-panel USB-C or additional internal drive bays should verify the case layout before committing.

Questions about this item

Will the RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 GPU and Thunderbolt 4 port work with my older PCIe 3.0 peripherals and monitors?

The RTX 5070 uses a PCI Express x16 slot and is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 devices. Thunderbolt 4 also supports older USB and DisplayPort standards, so existing monitors and peripherals will function.

How can I verify the 15th Gen Ultra 7-265 is hitting its 5.3 GHz boost and the 32GB DDR5 is running at rated speed after setup?

Open Task Manager’s Performance tab to watch the CPU clock reach 5.3 GHz under load and confirm 32GB DDR5 is detected. GPU-Z will show the RTX 5070 with 12GB GDDR7 memory.

Does the box include a monitor or any cables besides the USB keyboard and mouse?

The system ships with a USB keyboard and mouse only. No monitor, HDMI or DisplayPort cables are included; you must supply a display and the appropriate video cable for the 2 HDMI or 3 DisplayPort outputs.
