A dual-port 10GbE PCIe card with two SFP+ slots for optical fibre links
The Dell X710Product is a plug-in network card that provides two SFP+ ports for 10GBase-X optical fibre links. It connects through a PCI Express slot and is built for servers or workstations that need dual 10-gigabit uplinks.
Under continuous load the card maintains line-rate 10GBase-X performance across both ports without throttling. The Intel X710 controller handles packet processing in hardware so CPU utilisation stays low during prolonged transfers.
Bandwidth is limited by the PCI Express generation and lane count available in the host slot. Optical fibre reach depends on the SFP+ transceiver modules used, which are not included with the card.

The card is a plug-in design with no active cooling mentioned; it relies on chassis airflow to stay within normal operating temperature.
Each of the two SFP+ slots accepts standard 10GBase-X optical modules; you need matching transceivers and duplex fibre patch leads for the links you plan to run.
The card uses a PCI Express host interface and will operate in PCIe 2.0 slots at the electrical speed that slot provides.
