17-inch 4K touch laptop for creative workflows

The Dell XPS 9720 delivers a 17.0-inch 3840x2400 touchscreen driven by a 14-core Intel Core i7-12700H processor that reaches 4.7 GHz turbo. A dedicated GeForce RTX 3050 with 4GB GDDR6 handles GPU-accelerated tasks while 16GB of memory and a 512GB SSD keep projects loading quickly. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed for immediate use.

Precision aluminium chassis with modern connectivity

The chassis is precision cut from premium materials for a durable yet lightweight feel. A lid sensor powers the system on the moment you open it, while facial recognition provides secure log-in. Wireless connectivity uses 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for peripherals and network access without cables.

Steps up from 1080p non-touch ultraportables

This model replaces smaller 1080p laptops that lack touch input and dedicated graphics, giving content creators the pixel density and GPU headroom for timeline scrubbing and light 3D work. Buyers who need more than 512GB of internal storage or a higher-wattage GPU for sustained rendering should look at larger workstation-class machines.
