Questions about this item

Does the XPS 9730 ship with a power adapter and Windows 11 Pro already installed, or do I need to buy them separately?

The laptop comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled and includes the power adapter in the box, so no separate purchase is required for either.

Should I choose the 960 GB SSD or the 1000 GB option shown in the listing?

Both figures refer to the same single solid-state drive; the 1 TB label is the marketing capacity and 960 GB is the formatted size.

What does the 5.4 GHz turbo frequency on the Core i9-13900H actually deliver in daily work?

The 14-core processor reaches 5.4 GHz on short bursts for heavy loads like video export, then settles at lower speeds for sustained tasks.
