17" 4K laptop for creative professionals

The Dell XPS 9730 delivers a 17.0-inch 3840 x 2400 display paired with an Intel Core i7 13th Gen 14-core processor reaching 5 GHz turbo. 64GB of memory and a 2TB SSD support demanding workflows. The dedicated GeForce RTX 4070 with 8GB GDDR6X handles GPU-accelerated tasks. Windows 11 Home is preinstalled on this silver chassis.

Suits video editors and 3D artists needing GPU power

This configuration fits creators who rely on a high-resolution screen and dedicated graphics for rendering or colour-critical work. Buyers who want a touchscreen interface should look elsewhere. Users requiring cellular connectivity will not find it here. The non-upgradeable memory limits future expansion for power users.

14-core CPU with 5 GHz turbo drives compile speeds

The processor provides 14 cores and a maximum turbo frequency of 5 GHz, directly reducing build times for code and export times for media. This clock speed is the decisive figure for compute-bound tasks. Buyers comparing alternatives should match or exceed this core count and peak frequency for equivalent responsiveness.
