Replacement LCD back cover for Dell XPS M1330

This white back cover assembly is built for the 13.3 inch Dell XPS M1330 laptop. It arrives with the left and right hinges, camera cable and wireless antenna cables already installed. The part is new and matches the original Alpine White finish with silver trim.

CCFL backlit display compatibility only

The cover fits XPS M1330 systems that use a CCFL backlit panel and will not work on LED backlit models. Buyers must verify their screen type using the service manual or service tag before ordering. This restriction is the single specification that decides whether the part is correct for the repair.

Passive component with no power or thermal load

The assembly contains no electronics, fans or moving parts beyond the hinge mechanism. It adds no heat, draws no power and produces no noise during normal laptop operation. Installation simply restores the structural lid and antenna routing of the original chassis.

Questions about this item

What does the 13.3-inch size mean for fitting this lid on a Dell XPS M1330?

The 13.3-inch measurement matches the display diagonal of the Dell XPS M1330, so this white back cover aligns with the original chassis mounting points and hinge locations.

Which backlight type does the CM743 part number support, and what does that cap in practice?

Part CM743 is built only for CCFL-backlit panels; it will not fit LED-backlit versions of the M1330 because the cable routing and inverter brackets differ.

What physical items come in the box to mount this cover on the laptop?

The package supplies the white rear plastic shell, left and right hinges, the camera cable, and both wireless antenna cables for a complete lid swap.
