Dell XPS M1530 15.4" LED Lid Assembly

This genuine Dell replacement part is a black LCD back cover lid assembly with hinges included. It is designed specifically for Dell XPS M1530 laptops that use LED backlit displays. The assembly arrives new and ready for installation.

Compatibility restricted to LED backlit models

The critical specification is that this lid fits only XPS M1530 systems equipped with LED backlighting. It will not fit models that use CCFL backlit LCD displays. Buyers must verify their screen type using the service manual or service tag before ordering.

Direct swap using existing hinge points

Installation involves removing the old lid and securing this assembly to the existing chassis hinge mounts. Wireless antenna cables are routed through the hinge channels as part of the assembly. The most common issue is ordering this part for a CCFL model, which results in a physical mismatch.
