Deltech Fitness 5" Round Pole Cap Black UV-Stable

5" Round Pole Cap for Outdoor Use

The Deltech Fitness 5" Round Pole Cap fits round tubing with an inner diameter of 4-1/2" to 4-7/8". It is designed for outdoor lighting poles, basketball goal posts, and fence posts needing weather protection. The cap snaps into the top of the pole and locks with metal straps for a secure fit across varying tube thicknesses. It suits installers looking for a durable, UV-stable closure.

UV-Stable Black Plastic Construction

Made from UV-stable black plastic, the cap resists degradation from prolonged sun exposure. It frees the pole interior from water ingress and debris without requiring adhesives or tools for installation. The metal strap locking mechanism accommodates a range of pipe thicknesses within the specified inner diameter range. Deltech Manufacturing has produced these caps for the outdoor lighting industry for more than 40 years.

Sustained Outdoor Durability

The UV-stable material maintains structural integrity and colour retention under continuous outdoor exposure. The snap-in design with metal straps remains secure through thermal cycling and vibration. It protects the pole interior consistently across seasons without becoming brittle or loosening over time. This cap is not for applications requiring a threaded or bolted mechanical fastening system.
