Revolving Lat Bar 45 Inch

This solid steel lat bar measures 45 inches and features a revolving connector for smooth rotation during cable exercises. The chrome-plated finish resists corrosion and wipes clean easily. Knurled sections run along the shaft to provide a secure grip for pull-downs and rows. It is designed for home or commercial lat machines.

Compatibility Check 5/8 Inch Snap Hook

Verify that your cable machine uses a 5/8 inch snap hook attachment point before ordering. The bar's revolving connector fits this specific hole size only. Confirm the cable length allows full range of motion with a 45 inch bar. No other mounting hardware is included.

Revolving Connector and Knurling Benefits

The revolving connector reduces cable twist and wrist strain during high-repetition sets. Angled knurled zones add variety for close-grip and wide-grip movements. Chrome plating protects the steel from sweat and chalk buildup over time. These features support consistent training sessions.
