Adjustable Laptop Stand for Desk Use

This aluminium laptop riser measures 9.7 by 9.7 by 1.6 inches and weighs .9 kilograms. It supports devices up to 16 inches and offers height adjustment from 1.6 to 10.4 inches with a 0 to 180 degree angle range. The 360 degree rotating base adds flexible positioning for sitting or standing work.

Upgrade from Fixed-Height Risers

A static riser locks the screen at one level and forces awkward neck angles during long sessions. This stand replaces that limitation with continuous height and angle control plus full rotation. The jump is worth it when you switch between seated and standing positions or share the screen with colleagues across a table.

Behaviour During Extended Sessions

The metal construction dissipates heat from the device base while rubber pads keep the laptop stable during typing. Folding flat to 1.6 inches makes it easy to relocate between rooms without losing the chosen ergonomic setting. Sustained use stays comfortable because the stand itself does not flex or creep under the weight of a 16 inch notebook.

Questions about this item

What desk space does the 9.7 in by 9.7 in base of the LIENS stand occupy?

The base measures 9.7 inches square and stands 1.6 inches tall, so it fits on a typical desk without overhanging standard monitor arms or keyboard trays.

How do I set the height and angle on the two-axis rotating bracket, and what step is often missed?

Loosen the joint knobs, lift the platform between 1.6 and 10.4 inches, tilt up to 180 degrees, then retighten both knobs — skipping the lower knob leaves the stand wobbly at standing height.

When should the rubber pads on the top surface be replaced?

Replace the pads once they lose grip or show visible wear, usually after extended daily use, to keep laptops up to 16 inches from sliding on the aluminum surface.
