Compact sit-stand desk for small workspaces

The Desky Dual Mini is a height-adjustable desk with a 40 x 24 in laminate surface in natural walnut and a matte black frame. Its dual-motor lifting system moves the top at 1.6" per second across a 23.6 to 49.2 in range, covering 95% of user heights. Four memory presets store preferred positions for quick changes between sitting and standing. The frame supports up to 308 lbs of equipment.

Check space and power before ordering

Verify that the 40 x 24 in footprint fits your intended corner or nook with enough clearance for the full height travel up to 49.2 in. Ensure a standard mains outlet is reachable for the dual-motor control box and handset. Confirm the floor can take the combined weight of the desk plus up to 308 lbs of monitors and accessories. The grommet cut-outs are fixed, so plan cable routing around their positions.

Sustained daily height changes

The dual motors are rated for frequent adjustments throughout the workday without thermal throttling or speed loss. Anti-collision sensing stops movement instantly if resistance is detected, protecting both the mechanism and objects underneath. Whisper-quiet operation stays consistent over repeated cycles, keeping noise low in shared or home offices. BIFMA-compliant construction and a five-year labour rating back the durability of the 3-stage frame under continuous sit-stand use.

Questions about this item

Does the 40 x 24 in desktop ship with the frame, or do I need to buy the top separately?

The desk is sold as a complete unit; the laminate walnut top, dual-motor frame, grommets and all hardware arrive in one box.

How do I decide between the 40 x 24 in size and a larger model?

Choose this compact footprint when space is limited — office nooks, small apartments or study corners — while still getting the full 23.6–49.2 in height range and 308 lb lift capacity.

What does the 1.6 in per second lift speed mean for daily sit-stand changes?

The dual-motor system moves the desktop smoothly and quietly at that rate, so you can switch between saved memory presets without waiting or disturbing colleagues.
