A 3-stage frame design houses dual motors that move the desktop at 1.6 inches per second with whisper-quiet operation. An anti-collision system stops movement if an obstruction is detected. The frame adjusts from 23.6 to 49.2 inches high and lifts up to 330.7 lbs, covering most seated and standing preferences for a wide range of users. Questions about this item

How fast does the dual-motor system move the desk, and what does that speed limit in daily use?

The dual-motor system adjusts at 1.6 inches per second, so the 23.6-to-49.2 inch height range moves smoothly between sitting and standing without long waits.

What clearance does the scalloped desktop need behind it to sit flush against a wall?

The rear scallop cut-out lets the 59.1-by-29.5 inch desktop sit hard against a wall while still leaving room for monitor-arm clamps and cable routing.

How is the frame assembled without tools, and which step do people often skip?

Tool-free installation uses pre-fitted brackets that lock into the legs; the step most often missed is fully seating each bracket before tightening the hand knobs, which keeps the frame stable at 330.7 lbs capacity.
