Compact Teak Hardwood Desk

The Desky Zero Mini provides a 32 by 20 inch solid hardwood surface finished in teak with a high-gloss polyurethane coating. Its fixed-height steel frame in space gray holds the worktop at 27.5 inches for a consistent ergonomic position. The compact footprint suits apartments, dorm rooms or small home offices. Buyers needing a larger surface or adjustable height should look elsewhere.

Fixed-Height Stability Under Load

The welded steel frame is rated for 140 kilograms or 308.6 pounds, so multiple monitors and accessories remain steady during sustained use. Fixed legs eliminate the wobble that can develop in height-adjustable mechanisms over time. The polyurethane seal protects the hardwood from daily spills and scratches. This desk is not designed for standing work or frequent reconfiguration.

Tool-Free Assembly

The desk ships in one box and assembles without tools by slotting the frame components together. Alignment of the pre-drilled holes is straightforward on a flat floor. Uneven flooring can introduce a slight rock that the fixed feet cannot compensate for. Buyers who cannot lift the assembled top into place may need a second person.

Questions about this item

Does the fixed 27.5-inch height stay steady when I lean on the desk all day?

The steel frame is built for a 140 kg load and the fixed-height legs prevent any wobble during long sessions.

What tools or extra parts do I need before I can start assembling it?

No tools or additional hardware are required; the desk is designed for tool-free assembly out of the box.

Will my existing monitor arm clamp onto the 32 x 20 inch Teak top without damaging the polyurethane coating?

The clear polyurethane finish protects the hardwood from scratches, so a standard clamp mount will not harm the surface.
