Compact Hardwood Desk for Small Spaces

The Desky Zero Mini is a fixed-height office desk measuring 40 by 24 inches, built for apartments, dorm rooms or tight home offices. A solid hardwood top in Walnut finish sits on a Space Gray steel frame that supports up to 140 kg. The surface is sealed with a protective polyurethane coating. Assembly requires no tools.

Workspace Capacity and Load Limits

The 40 by 24 inch top holds a monitor, laptop and accessories with room to spare for daily tasks. The frame is rated for 308.6 pounds, so heavier multi-monitor arms or desktop towers stay secure. Fixed legs at 27.5 inches give a stable typing height but cannot be raised or lowered for standing work.

Fixed Height Constrains Ergonomic Choice

The desk stays at 27.5 inches with no adjustment mechanism, so buyers who need sit-stand flexibility or a different working height cannot use this model. The compact footprint suits small rooms but leaves no space for large drawing tablets or dual ultrawide monitors. Grommets are included for cable routing.

Questions about this item

Will the 27.5 inch fixed height work with my existing office chair?

How can I confirm the steel frame is stable once assembled?

Press down on each corner; the fixed-height legs and 140 kg rated frame should show no wobble or flex.

Does the package include the two grommets shown in the photos?

Yes, the 40 x 24 inch walnut top arrives with grommets pre-installed; no extra parts or tools are needed for assembly.
