Ergonomic Scalloped Desk

The Desky Zero scalloped laminate desk provides a fixed-height work surface measuring 70.9 by 29.5 inches in a Jarrah Legno grey finish. Its curved front cut-out lets users sit closer for improved posture during long sessions. A melamine top on a solid steel frame supports monitors, laptops and accessories for home or commercial offices. The stable construction suits daily computer work, writing and study tasks.

Upgrade From Smaller Or Flat-Edge Desks

This model replaces narrower tops such as the 47.2-inch or 59.1-inch widths when more horizontal room is needed for dual-monitor layouts. The jump is worth it when the scalloped edge solves reach strain that a straight front edge cannot. Buyers who need sit-stand height adjustment or integrated cable trays will not find those features here.

Spacious 70.9-Inch Surface Headroom

The 70.9-inch length comfortably fits two large monitors, a keyboard and reference material side by side. At 29.5 inches deep the top still allows adequate viewing distance without excessive reach. The melamine laminate resists daily wear but offers no built-in cable channel; an add-on tray is recommended for wire management. The frame weighs 79.4 lbs and stands 27.5 inches tall without the desktop.

Questions about this item

How much floor space does the 70.9 in desk need?

The desktop measures 70.9 in long by 29.5 in deep, so allow at least that footprint plus room for the scalloped cut-out and chair clearance.

Which step is most often missed when assembling the frame?

People forget to level the adjustable studs on the steel frame; the frame height is 27.5 in without the desktop and each stud can be turned +/- 1 to keep the surface flat.

What part of the desk is most likely to need attention after heavy use?

The 1 in thick melamine laminate top can show wear on the scalloped edge and surface; the steel frame itself is built for commercial durability.
