Erosion Control Blanket

The DeWitt Company erosion control blanket is a 34 lb excelsior fabric roll measuring 4 ft by 112.5 ft. It is designed for new landscaping and civil engineering projects requiring slope stabilisation. The green coloured blanket suits approaches, bridges and ditch bottoms. It also fits highway embankments and industrial developments.

Roll Format for Large Areas

The 112.5 ft roll length covers extensive ground such as medians and stream banks with fewer seams. Its 4 ft width matches standard grading equipment passes on urban drainage and waterway banks. The single-piece format reduces installation time on broad surfaces. No additional fastening hardware is included in the supply.

Excelsior Material Performance

The natural excelsior fibres retain moisture to support seed germination on disturbed soil. The 34 lb fabric weight resists displacement from surface runoff on steep grades. Biodegradable construction eliminates the need for blanket removal after vegetation establishes. The product ships directly from Zoro with free shipping on orders over $75.
