Scale and Detail

This 1/50 scale diecast model replicates the CAT 994K Wheel Loader with a rock bucket and operator figure. It belongs to the Core Classics series and features authentic Cat Machine yellow paint and trade dress. The model is constructed from diecast metal with select plastic components.

Compatibility Check

Buyers should verify they have display space for a model measuring approximately 15.875 inches long, 5.375 inches wide and 5.875 inches high. The articulated steering and oscillating rear wheels require a flat surface to demonstrate movement. This item is intended for adult collectors, not for children's play.

Upgrade Context

The model replaces simpler static replicas by adding a functional lift arm that raises and lowers and a bucket that scoops and dumps. Detailed cab interior and real rubber tires increase realism over basic diecast toys. Collectors seeking a licensed, highly detailed construction vehicle will find the jump worthwhile.

Questions about this item

Does the box contain only the loader, or are the rock bucket and operator figure included?

The model ships with the rock bucket attached and a detailed operator figure seated in the cab, all inside the unopened Core Classics window box.

Is this the only 1/50 scale version of the 994K offered in the Core Classics line?

Yes, the Core Classics release is a single 1/50 scale configuration with the rock-specific bucket, articulated steering and oscillating rear wheels.

How much shelf space does the 15.875-inch-long model need when the lift arm is raised and the bucket tilted back?

At full reach the loader measures about 15.875 inches long, 5.375 inches wide and 5.875 inches high, so allow a few extra centimetres beyond those dimensions.
