OTC Hearing Aid for Moderate Loss

The DIGISINE goodHearing T3 is an over-the-counter hearing aid designed for people with moderate to severe hearing loss. It uses digital sound processing and a triple microphone array to enhance speech clarity. A separate microphone transmitter is included to capture and amplify nearby voices in difficult listening situations. The set works as a true wireless stereo pair for both ears.

Bluetooth Streaming and Transmitter

The single specification that decides fit is Bluetooth connectivity combined with the dedicated microphone transmitter. You can pair the aids with a smartphone to stream calls and media directly, while the transmitter picks up conversation partners across a table or room. If you do not need wireless streaming or a remote microphone, a simpler non-Bluetooth model may be sufficient.

Rechargeable with Long Battery Life

Each charge delivers up to 35 hours of use and the case recharges via USB-C for convenience. Advanced adaptive noise cancellation runs continuously to suppress background sound without audible artefacts. The lightweight earpieces are shaped for a secure, comfortable fit that stays in place all day. Customisable volume levels let you adjust gain for different environments.
