Moldex 6770 Flip to Listen Ear Plugs

These reusable flanged ear plugs provide a noise reduction rating of 24 dB and meet ANSI S 3.19 -1974 standards. The dual mode design lets users flip the band to listen without removing the plugs. They suit workers who need intermittent hearing protection in noisy environments.

Upgrading from disposable foam plugs

Switching to these soft plastic plugs is worthwhile when you need reusable protection that stays clean in a carrying case. The push-in insertion and cloth cord reduce loss compared to uncorded single use options. The flip to listen feature adds convenience for short conversations without full removal.

Capacity and headroom for daily use

Each package contains 50 pairs in a plastic case, supplying long term stock for individuals or small teams. The universal size M fits most adult ear canals with the flanged shape. Protection covers steady industrial noise up to the rated 24 dB reduction. They are not metal detectable and do not suit environments requiring that feature.

Questions about this item

What size and shape are the ear plugs so I know they will fit my ears?

They are universal size M flanged plugs made of soft plastic, supplied in a green cloth-banded carrying case with 50 pairs inside.

How do I insert them correctly and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Push the flanged tips straight into the ear canal until sealed; the frequent error is twisting or screwing them in, which breaks the seal and lowers the 24 dB rating.

When should I replace the plugs or the cord, and how many pairs does the case hold?

Replace plugs when flanges harden, tear or lose elasticity, or if the green cloth cord frays; the plastic case holds 50 pairs for rotation.
