A complete 300W P-VIP lamp module rated for 2,000 hours, ready to install in the E-Vision XGA 6500 projector
The Digital Projection E-Vision XGA 6500 lamp arrives as a complete assembly with the Osram P-VIP 300W bulb already seated in its housing. This eliminates the need to handle a bare burner during replacement and reduces downtime for presentation venues, classrooms or rental fleets.
The P-VIP burner is specified for 2 000 hours of typical operation at its full 300 W rating. In normal use the projector’s cooling system manages the thermal load while the lamp maintains consistent brightness and stable ignition throughout its rated life.
Each unit is produced under ISO 9001 controls and sourced from Osram, Philips, Ushio or equivalent OEM lines, with every lamp tested for beam performance, ignition voltage and run-time. The pre-aligned housing ensures correct optical alignment on installation, avoiding keystone or focus shifts.

Power off the projector and let it cool completely, then remove the lamp cover, slide out the old module, insert the new 110-284 housing until it clicks, replace the cover, and reset the lamp timer in the menu — skipping the timer reset is the step most people forget.
The 300W P-VIP bulb is rated for 2,000 hours of use; after that the lamp module must be replaced again because the bulb cannot be serviced separately.
The 2,000-hour rated life is the first limit; brightness will gradually decline and the projector will eventually require a new lamp module once that threshold is reached.
