Executive HD Phone with 4.3 inch Display

The Digium D65 is an executive-level IP phone with a 4.3 inch full-color LCD display at 480 x 272 pixels, six line appearance keys and dual switched Gigabit Ethernet ports. It supports 802.3at/af Power over Ethernet and includes a North America 5 V USB power adapter for flexible deployment.

Suited for executives needing Gigabit networking

This phone fits users who want a color display, top-of-the-line features and dual 10/100/1000 Mbps network ports. It does not suit buyers who require more than six line keys or a larger display than 4.3 inches.

Dual switched 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports

The two switched Gigabit ports allow the phone and a connected PC to share a single network drop at full Gigabit speed. If your infrastructure only provides 10/100 Mbps cabling, the Gigabit capability cannot be used.

Questions about this item

What speed do the dual Ethernet ports actually deliver?

The two switched ports run at 10/100/1000 Mbps, so the practical ceiling is 1000 Mbps Gigabit throughput.

What desk space and mounting options does the D65 need?

It has a 4.3 inch 480 x 272 pixel color LCD and includes a stand; no separate wall-mount kit is mentioned in the box.

How do I power the phone and which step is often missed?

Connect either the supplied 5 V USB power adapter or a PoE 802.3at/af switch; the common mistake is plugging the adapter into the phone’s USB port instead of the dedicated DC jack.
