Product scope

The DIVI 4K Webcam delivers 3840x2160 resolution at 30 frames per second using a Sony IMX317 sensor and a 2.8-12mm manual varifocal lens. It connects through USB 2.0 and works with Windows, Mac, Linux and Raspberry Pi systems for streaming, conferencing or machine-vision tasks.

Sustained operation

The camera draws 200 mA at 5 V and is rated for continuous use between 0 °C and 60 °C with an electronic rolling shutter. MJPEG compression keeps the data rate within the USB 2.0 bandwidth limit during long sessions.

Setup checks

Verify that your host has a USB 2.0 port able to supply 5 V at 200 mA and that the recording software can decode MJPEG at 3840x2160. The 38 mm square body needs a flat mounting surface and the manual focus ring must be accessible after installation.

What host connection is required for the camera to function?

A USB 2.0 High Speed port on a Mac, Windows, Linux or Raspberry Pi device is needed for plug-and-play operation.

Will the manual varifocal lens work with older 1080p-only conferencing software?

Yes, the sensor supports 1920x1080@30fps MJPEG and YUY2, so legacy apps can use the camera at lower resolutions.
