Pan Liners for Commercial Baking

Dixie LO10 pan liners are greaseproof paper sheets sized at 24.38 by 16.38 inches. They prevent baked goods from sticking to pans and lift off cleanly after cooking. Each pack contains 1000 liners for high-volume kitchen use.

Oven Heat Resistance and Cleanup

The bleached paper withstands moderate oven temperatures up to 400 degrees during normal baking cycles. Greaseproof construction stops oils from soaking through to the pan surface. Liners remove easily, reducing the need for scrubbing or soaking pans after use.

Pack Size and Material Impact

A single pack supplies 1000 liners, supporting extended production runs without frequent reordering. The paper material contains no pre-consumer or post-consumer recycled content. Biodegradability is not rated, so disposal follows standard waste streams.

Questions about this item

How do I place the 24.38" x 16.38" liner in a full-size sheet pan without it shifting?

Lay the bleached paper sheet flat across the pan bottom and press the corners into the edges so the greaseproof surface grips the metal before adding batter.

When does a used liner need to be replaced during a baking run?

Each liner is single-use; discard it after one bake at up to 400 degrees and pull a fresh sheet from the 1000-count pack for the next batch.

What temperature limit should I watch during extended oven cycles?

The paper is rated for moderate oven temperatures up to 400 degrees; sustained heat above that level will cause the bleached paper to scorch and fail.
