Red china markers, bold tip

These Dixon Phano china markers come in a 12-pack of red wax pencils. The bold tip produces wide, visible strokes on glass, plastic, film, paper, metal, and rubber. A tear-string paper wrap peels away to expose fresh core without any sharpening tools. Marks wipe clean from porous surfaces for temporary labelling.

General marking and temporary labelling

Suited for warehouse, laboratory, or workshop staff who need bold, removable marks on mixed materials. Not suited for users who require permanent ink that resists solvents or abrasion. Not suited for buyers who need fine-line detail or a choice of colours beyond red.

PMA-certified nontoxic wax core

The wax formulation meets PMA nontoxic standards for safer handling in shared environments. The paper-wrapped, tear-string design eliminates the need for a sharpener and reduces waste. This certification and the peel-to-advance format are the key specifications that distinguish this pack from standard grease pencils.

Questions about this item

How do I start using the paper-wrapped Dixon 79 markers without a sharpener?

Pull the tear string down the wrapper to expose fresh wax; the bold tip is ready to mark on glass, plastic, film, paper, metal or rubber with no sharpening needed.

What will I need to replace after the 12 red markers are used up?

The whole pack is consumable; once all dozen markers are exhausted you simply buy another 12-pack of Dixon 79 red china markers.

On which surfaces will the red marks refuse to wipe away clean?

Marks wipe away clean from porous surfaces; on non-porous surfaces such as glass, metal or plastic the wax adheres and will not wipe off without solvent.
