Ready-to-fly 8K 360° drone kit

The DJI Avata 360 Fly More Combo includes the drone and the RC 2 remote controller for immediate aerial capture. It records 8K video at 60fps and 120MP stills using dual 1/1.1" CMOS sensors on a 1-inch-equivalent image field. The system switches between full 360° spherical capture and a single-lens 4K 60fps mode for traditional FPV-style footage. Integrated GPS, Galileo and BeiDou provide precise positioning and stable hovering.

20 km O4+ transmission range

The O4+ video transmission system delivers a 1080p 60fps live feed to the controller at distances up to 20 km under FCC conditions. Strong anti-interference capability keeps the signal reliable during long-range flights. This range figure is the decisive specification for pilots planning expansive aerial photography or videography sessions. Buyers who need a control link beyond this distance cannot use this system.

23-minute flight time per battery

Maximum flight time reaches approximately 23 minutes, giving a practical window for creative manoeuvres and reframing options in post. The Fly More bundle supplies additional batteries to extend total air time across a session. Pilots requiring continuous hovering beyond this single-battery limit must plan for swaps. The 2.4 µm pixel pitch on the 1-inch-equivalent sensor helps maintain image quality in varied lighting without excessive noise.

Questions about this item

What does 8K at 60fps mean for the footage I get from this drone?

The drone records 8K resolution video at 60 frames per second using dual 1/1.1" CMOS sensors, giving you high-detail 360-degree clips that can be cropped or reframed in post without losing sharpness.

What does the O4+ transmission system cap at in real use?

O4+ delivers 1080p/60fps live view to the RC 2 controller and maintains a reliable link up to 20 km under FCC conditions, so you see a smooth feed while flying at long range.

What does the 1-inch equivalent sensor area of 2.4 µm actually need to fit inside the airframe?

The dual 1/1.1" CMOS sensors are built into the Avata 360's integrated camera module, so no extra mounting hardware or external gimbal is required — the imaging system is already part of the airframe.
