Dual-camera PTZ webcam

The DJI EMEET PIXY E3138 combines a 4K main camera with PDAF autofocus and a 1/2.55 Sony sensor with an auxiliary AI camera that tracks faces to optimise focus and exposure. The pan-tilt head moves 310 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically. Three built-in microphones capture audio in AAC or PCM formats.

Upgrade from fixed webcams

A single-lens webcam cannot reframe a moving subject or maintain consistent skin tones when lighting changes. The dual-camera system locks focus in .2 seconds versus 1.1 seconds on typical autofocus, so presenters who walk, demonstrate products or teach fitness stay sharp without manual adjustment.

USB 2.0 plug-and-play

The unit connects through a five-foot USB 2.0 Type-C cable with a Type-A adapter, drawing power and data from the host computer. No memory card slot is present, so recordings rely entirely on the PC or Mac. Gesture control and preset positions work in OBS, Twitch and Switch 2 streaming setups without extra drivers.

Questions about this item

Does the 310° pan and 180° tilt range need extra desk clearance?

The PTZ mechanism moves the lens assembly within its own housing, so no additional space beyond the unit footprint is required.

After plugging in the USB 2.0 cable, which step enables the 0.2 s PDAF and AI tracking?

Install the EMEET Link software, select the camera, then turn on AI Tracking and PDAF in the settings panel; the firmware will not activate them automatically.

When should the front glass of the 1/2.55" Sony sensor be cleaned to keep 4K clarity?

Wipe the glass with a microfibre cloth whenever fingerprints or dust appear; the dual-camera design has no moving filters or replaceable optics.
