4K Webcam with RF Remote

The DJI N950P-RF is a USB 2.0 video capturing device built around an 8.5 megapixel Sony Starvis sensor. It delivers up to 3840 by 2160 resolution at 30 frames per second for professional conferencing, streaming, teaching, recording and gaming. Fixed focus with manual digital zoom suits users who want a simple, high-resolution camera without autofocus complexity.

Bundled Remote and Privacy Cover

An included RF remote lets users power the camera on or off, adjust volume, control 5X digital zoom at 1080p, and mirror or flip the image from a distance. A USB-C to USB-C cable enables connection to both USB-A and USB-C ports, while a privacy cover slides over the lens for physical security when the webcam is not in use.

1080p Maximum Video Resolution

Although the sensor captures 8.29 megapixel stills and 4K still images, the video output is limited to 1080p over the USB 2.0 interface. Buyers who need 4K video recording or streaming should consider a USB 3.0 or higher bandwidth device. This webcam is not for users requiring 4K video throughput.

Questions about this item

Will the RF remote or its battery need replacing during the webcam's life?

The RF remote is a separate wireless controller that runs on its own battery, so the battery will eventually need changing while the webcam itself draws power over USB and has no user-serviceable parts.

What limits the 5× digital zoom when I keep it at maximum for long calls?

Digital zoom crops the 8.5 MP sensor image, so at 5× you are using roughly one twenty-fifth of the pixels; the first limit you hit is reduced detail, not thermal or bandwidth throttling.

How much heat or fan noise appears after the camera runs all day?

The webcam has no fan and draws power from USB 2.0, so it stays cool and silent even during continuous 4K capture at 30 fps.
