Multi-Unit Access Control

This 12-pack supplies identical keyless entry locks for properties that need consistent access management across every door. Each unit stores up to 100 user codes and issues one-time passcodes for temporary visitors such as cleaners or guests. Three mechanical backup keys are included per lock. The hardware suits homes, Airbnb units, apartments, offices and hotels.

Code Capacity and Auto-Lock Limits

The 100-code database handles families, small offices or short-term rental turnover comfortably; larger facilities requiring more unique credentials will reach the limit. A configurable auto-lock timer secures the door after 560 seconds of inactivity, while interior and exterior one-touch buttons lock instantly on demand. Five consecutive failed attempts trigger a lockout period that blocks further entry attempts.

Included Hardware Changes Daily Operation

The bundled backup keys eliminate lockouts when batteries are depleted or codes are forgotten. A Type-C port on the exterior accepts a power bank for emergency power without disassembly. IP54-rated zinc-alloy construction resists dust and moisture on porches or garages, and the anti-pick cylinder adds physical resistance. Left- or right-handed doors are accommodated with a screwdriver-only installation.

Questions about this item

Will the U18R-B fit the same door prep as my existing Grade 3 deadbolt?

The U18R-B is designed to U.S. standard front-door dimensions and fits left- or right-handed doors without new drilling, so it matches the prep used by typical Grade 3 hardware.

How do I confirm the auto-lock timer is active after I install the lock?

After setup, close the door and wait for the 560-second countdown — the bolt will throw automatically, and both inner and outer keypads show a one-touch lock indicator when engaged.

Does the 12-pack case include batteries or a Type-C power cable for each lock?

The case supplies twelve complete lock sets with three backup keys each; batteries and any Type-C charging cable are not included and must be purchased separately.
