Laser rangefinder for golf and hunting

The Double Rhombus Rangefinders-998 is a laser rangefinder built for golf and hunting. It measures distances from 3 to 1200 yards with ±1 yard precision and 7X magnification. A slope mode compensates for elevation and can be disabled for tournament play. The unit is IPX4 waterproof and includes a magnetic mount for carts or clubs.

Golfers needing slope data

Golfers who want compensated distances during practice and legal flat readings in competition will benefit. Hunters gain fast flag-lock vibration and a rechargeable battery rated for 10000 measurements per charge. Players who require built-in GPS mapping or shot-tracking statistics should look at a different device.

1200-yard maximum range with 7X magnification

The single specification that decides fit is the 1200-yard maximum range paired with 7X magnification. This defines the usable distance envelope and target clarity for both fairway and field use. If your typical shots exceed this range, the unit will not reach the target.
