Questions about this item

Will the 21.3-inch seat width and 300 lb capacity fit alongside my existing desk frame?

The seat measures 21.3 inches wide and supports up to 300 lb, so it matches most standard desk clearances.

How do I confirm the Shiatsu massage headrest and dual-node lumbar pillow are functioning after assembly?

Plug in the USB power cable, press the controller to cycle through the three intensity levels, and feel for heat and directional kneading on both the neck and lower-back units.

Does the box include the retractable footrest and spring-cushioned seat, or must I buy them separately?

The chair ships fully assembled with the retractable footrest, 4.8-inch spring-cushioned seat, massage headrest, lumbar pillow, and all hardware included.
