Downy April Fresh 140 Fl Oz

Downy April Fresh liquid fabric softener delivers 140 fluid ounces for up to 190 loads of laundry. The 2-in-1 formula provides both softening and long-lasting freshness in a single product. It is designed for households that want softer fabrics and a persistent April Fresh scent with every wash cycle.

Septic safe free additive formula

The conditioner is formulated without 1,4-dioxane, aluminum, ammonia, bleach, chlorine, coconut, dye, fluoride, lanolin, nickel, or parabens. Being septic safe means it can be used in homes with on-site wastewater systems without disrupting bacterial balance. The free-from ingredient list reduces the risk of skin irritation for sensitive users.

Universal machine compatibility pour

Simply measure the required amount and pour it into the machine's fabric softener drawer or directly into the agitator. The liquid works in all washing machine types, including high-efficiency models. The 4.187 kilogram bottle requires secure storage to prevent accidental spills due to its weight and size.

Questions about this item

Does the 140 Fl Oz bottle require any special storage or periodic replacement of its conditioning agents?

The liquid softener remains effective when stored at room temperature with the cap sealed; no internal components need replacement during its shelf life.

What is the first limit you hit when running 190 loads back-to-back with this softener?

The 140 Fl Oz volume is the limiting factor; after 190 measured doses the bottle is empty and must be replaced.

Does the 4.187 kg container generate noticeable heat or noise while the washer runs all day?

The softener itself produces no heat or noise; it is a passive liquid added during the rinse cycle.
