The Handy Laundry 5112 pack contains six extra-large dryer balls made from 100 percent New Zealand premium wool with no synthetic fillers. They are felted for durability and designed to replace chemically infused dryer sheets and liquid fabric softeners. Each ball measures 7.5 cm by 15.1 cm by 21.7 cm and the set weighs .29 kilograms. A natural choice for households wanting to avoid synthetic additives in laundry care.

Replaces Sheets and Liquid Softener

These wool balls lift and separate laundry as they tumble, allowing hot air to circulate more efficiently and cutting drying time by up to 25 percent. They eliminate the recurring cost and waste of single-use dryer sheets and plastic dryer balls. The jump is worth it for anyone running frequent loads who wants lower energy bills and a reusable product rated for more than a thousand cycles.

Suits Eco-Conscious Households

Families and individuals seeking a chemical-free way to reduce static cling, wrinkles and drying time will benefit from this six-pack. Buyers who need a scented finish or prefer the convenience of disposable sheets should look at something else. The balls are unscented and require no extra steps beyond tossing them into the dryer with wet laundry.

Questions about this item

How much space do the 7.5 cm by 15.1 cm by 21.7 cm dryer balls need inside the drum?

The six balls measure 7.5 cm by 15.1 cm by 21.7 cm overall and tumble freely in any standard dryer drum without special mounting.

How do I install the wool dryer balls and what step is often missed?

Toss all six balls into the wet laundry before starting the cycle; the common mistake is forgetting to remove dryer sheets first, which can coat the wool.

When will the 100% New Zealand wool balls need replacing?

They last over a thousand loads; replace them when the felted surface loosens or the balls shrink noticeably.
