Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is any cable or software sold separately?

The package contains the mouse and a manual. The 1.8 m braided shoelace cable is permanently attached so no separate cable is needed. Configuration software is downloadable from the manufacturer.

Which DPI preset should I pick for fast competitive play versus precise aiming?

The mouse offers six fixed steps: 400, 800, 1200, 2400, 4800 and 16000 DPI. Many competitive players start at 400 or 800 for control and switch to 16000 only for high-sensitivity scenarios.

How does the 16000 DPI sensor behave in actual gameplay?

The PixArt PMW3389 tracks up to 400 IPS with 50 G acceleration at 1000 Hz polling, so rapid flicks and sudden stops stay accurate without spin-out or smoothing artifacts.
